Accompagner une ville dans la préfiguration d’un Tiers Lieu
Début 2018, nous avons accompagné la ville de Marmande et l’office de tourisme Val de Garonne dans la préfiguration d’un lieu hybride dédié au futur des festivals sur une friche industrielle de 40.000m2. Cette phase de préfiguration visait à définir les conditions de faisabilité et de réussite du projet, à lancer une communauté tout en proposant un scénario pré-opérationnel. A l’abandon depuis 2009, cette friche est destinée à devenir un lieu d’émergence pour les industries créatives.
